Mark currently serves as an advisor to MPRP. Mark is a twice-exited, mission-driven entrepreneur with significant experience scaling better-for-you consumer brands. Mark was the CEO of Hu Chocolate from 2019-2023. During that time, Mark led Hu to become the #1 fastest-growing premium chocolate in the US, and the brand was acquired by Mondelez International in 2021. Prior to Hu, Mark was the co-founder and CEO of Sir Kensington’s, a disruptive condiment brand acquired by Unilever in 2017. Mark is a Director on the boards of The Good Crisp Company and TRUFF, has previously served on the boards of True Food Kitchen and New Culture, and currently serves as an advisor and coach to CEOs in F&B space.
